Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order to Seaside Shoes. Merchandise that is defective will be exchanged and Seaside Shoes will pay for the shipping to receive the defective merchandise and shipping to send the replacement merchandise. If the merchandise is not defective a refund of the original purchase of the product will be made minus a 15% restocking fee. For non-defective merchandise Seaside Shoes will not pay for shipping to receive the returned merchandise. You must return the product at your expense in undamaged, unworn, new, resellable condition with all the manufacturers tags and price tags affixed in their original state. You should insure the return for shipping damage and/or loss. We highly recommend the use of USPS online which will provide a tracking number and delivery verification.

Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Failure to report any damaged or defective merchandise within the 30 days will result in forfeit of credit or exchange.

All returns must be sent with a Return Merchandise Authorization number affixed or written on the address label of the return package. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned merchandise. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number please contact our customer service department by email: customerservice@seasideshoes.com , by phone at 503-717-1117, or by FAX at . We will assist you with either an exchange of merchandise (for defective merchandise) or a credit of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee if applicable. If the merchandise was paid for by credit card, Seaside Shoes will refund your credit card for the original purchase, less a 15% restocking fee. Any free or promotional items given to you at the point of sale must be returned with the return of non-exchanged goods or they will be deducted from the credit issued to your credit card at retail value.

Upon receipt of the returned product Seaside Shoes will either send an exchange item previously agreed upon by you and us or we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee (if applicable) for non-defective goods.
